Common Government Services Portal of Russian Federation

Portal of public services (officially the FSIS "The unified portal of state and municipal services (functions)", also the "unified portal") is a federal state information system that provides: information on state and municipal services provided by the authorities of the Russian Federation; the possibility of obtaining state and municipal services or their individual stages in electronic form; the ability to leave feedback on the quality of the provision of state or municipal services in electronic form. The operator of the public services portal is the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. Departments providing state and municipal services submit comprehensive information on their services to the portal, display interactive forms that allow receiving services (or their individual steps) in electronic form, and develop a web service through which information is exchanged between the user of a single portal and the agency . The public services portal is a single entry point for citizens through which they can receive public services electronically.
