Federal Agency of Sea and River Transport
It performs the functions of providing public services and managing state property in the field of sea (including seaports, with the exception of sea terminals intended for the integrated servicing of fishing vessels) and river transport, as well as the functions of providing public services in the field of transport safety in this area.
